1. Who we are

Tripwyn Limited provides data-led travel timing insights. We do not sell, broker, or fulfil flights, stays, packages, insurance, or any other travel product. We aggregate indicative pricing signals from third-party sources solely so you can decide whether a window deserves deeper research.

2. Acceptable use

• Use Tripwyn only for personal planning or internal business analysis.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, bulk export, or resell our outputs without permission.
• Ensure any data you submit (such as alert details) is accurate and lawful.

We may suspend access where activity risks our infrastructure, our data partners, or other travellers.

3. Insights, not bookings

Tripwyn highlights approximate minimum prices captured at the moment of sync. They may exclude taxes, fees, ancillary charges, or provider-specific rules and are not offers, guarantees, or commitments to sell. We are not a booking agent or intermediary. Always verify availability, fare rules, visas, health guidance, and supplier reliability directly with third parties before making any payment.

4. Third-party links

We may direct you to airline or accommodation websites so you can validate details. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or conduct.

5. Liability

Tripwyn is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your reliance on Tripwyn, including pricing variance, lack of availability, changes imposed by suppliers, or travel disruptions before, during, or after any trip.

You acknowledge that Tripwyn is not party to any booking. All contracts, payments, documentation, insurance, compliance, and safety obligations sit entirely with you and the providers you choose. We accept no responsibility for costs, experiences, or outcomes connected to travel decisions influenced by our insights. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of £50 or the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months (if any).

6. Termination

You may stop using Tripwyn at any time. We may modify or discontinue the service, or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections covering intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless consumer protection laws provide you with mandatory rights elsewhere.
